If you or someone you loved had a fatal or debilitating neurological disease, would you advise them to be treated in China with brain cells dissected from a 4 month old fetus? What if it were a stranger that needed this transplant, would you offer the same advice?
“Dr. Huang and his colleagues have established the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of intraspinal cord transplantation of fetal olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) in human chronic spinal cord injury in accordance with guidelines of the Ministry of National Health and Medical of China P.R. (91-006) in Beijing, China. Olfactory bulbs were harvested and trypsinized down to single fetal OECs.”
